How to change your password?

Go to Your Account Page and select Settings. Under Your Personal Details click on Change your Password. Enter your Current Password, Enter New Password and save your details.

How to update Phone Number?

Go to Your Account Page and select Settings. Click on the box with your Phone Number. Delete the old one and type in the new number. Click Save.

How to update Address?

Go to Your Account Page and select Billing Address or Delivery Address, depending on what you want to update. You can Delete or Add New Address on that page.

How to subscribe to our Newsletter?

Go to the bottom of our homepage. On the bottom right-hand corner, type in your email address and hit subscribe.

How to unsubscribe from our Newsletter?

Go to Your Account Page and select Settings. Change your Subscription Status to Inactive and hit Set. You will be unsubscribed from our Newsletter.

How do I return my purchase?

You must raise your request with our Customer Care team at 18005721299(Toll Free) / 1860-425-3333 (Monday to Sunday, IST 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) or write to us with your order details at wecare@jockeyindia.com. We will revert to you with a confirmation, depending on the items you can return. Please DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. We do not guarantee any credit or refund in such a scenario.

We provide Reverse Pickup Option depending on the area / PIN code, for which the charges will be borne by us. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible for your area, we request you to return the unused product(s) encased in original packaging along with tags to Jockey India, by courier at the address given below. You will get a gift coupon worth Rs. 100 against the shipping charges, which can be only redeemed at www.jockey.in.

Once our Quality Assurance team examines and approves your return, your refund will be initiated. In case it is found that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to the customer, there will be no replacement or refund and the same product will be returned to the customer.

If I have purchased online can I return it to the store?

The product(s) that need to be returned should be purchased only from www.jockey.in and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.

Can I return undergarments like – underwear, bras, vests, camisoles etc?

To maintain strict hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns of Masks, Innerwear, Boxers, Camisoles, Inner Tank Tops, Panties, Underwear, Vests, Shapewears, Thermals, Socks, Towels and other innerwears or any other product falling under the innerwear category.

What will it cost me to make a return?

We provide Reverse Pickup Option depending on the area / PIN code, for which the charges will be borne by us. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible for your area, we request you to return the unused product(s) encased in original packaging along with tags, to Jockey India by courier.

I have worn the garment at home for a day. Can I return it?

To maintain superior hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept return of any used product.

Can a partial order be returned?

Yes, you can return a few items from your order, provided they are not innerwear. There are certain guidelines you need to follow.

  • The product(s) should be purchased only from www.jockey.in and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
  • All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
  • Original Invoice should be returned with the product(s).
  • Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.

Please note: We do not accept returns of promotional items if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept your return.

How much time does the return and refund process take?

After placing your return request with our Customer Care 18005721299(Toll Free) / 1860-425-3333 (Monday to Sunday, IST 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM), it will take approximately 3 to 4 business days for our assigned courier service to pick up the product from the shipping address associated with that order. It will take an additional 3 to 4 business days approximately from receiving your returned product at our warehouse to initiating a refund request.

We will keep you informed via email on your refund status. The refund to your bank or credit card account depends on your mode of payment.

How do I know if the product I returned has reached your warehouse?

When we receive your returned package at our warehouse, we’ll send an email to your Jockey.in registered email ID.

If I wish to return a product, is a doorstep pick-up available?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order here. Login to your Jockey account to see all your account related information, which includes tracking your delivery.

How much time will it take for my order to process?

We take 24 hours to process your order and 3-5 business days to deliver it to you. However, due to Covid – 19, your order might get delayed. We need to stay abreast with government directives. Please bear with us. We will put our force behind getting the package delivered to you on time.

How do I place an order?

When you land on our website here are the steps you can follow.

  • Select all the products you need and add it to your shopping bag
  • Hit the bag icon on the right-hand corner of the page, where you can see all the items in your bag
  • Select “Proceed to Payment”. This will lead you to the page with multiple payment options for you.
  • Select your preferred payment method.
  • Put in your payment details and complete your order.
Can I edit my order after placing it?

We’re sorry but you cannot edit your order after you’ve placed it. However, you can return certain items you want to exchange and place a fresh order for the products you want. Please read our returns and exchanges section to find all your answers related to this.

Can I reorder my previous purchase?

Yes, you can! Go to Your Account and select Your Order Details. Please click the Reorder button to repurchase your favourites. Your products will be added to your Shopping Bag.

How to cancel my order?

Go to Your Account and select Your Orders. If your order hasn't been Shipped, you will see the Cancel Order button next to your purchase.

Can I cancel my order for undergarments?

We cannot accept your undergarments in return, even though they have the tags and have never been worn. We maintain strict hygiene laws in all our environments to keep everyone safe. In case you got the wrong size, please refer to our size chart to find your size.

I want a bigger/smaller size or a different color. Can I exchange my order instead of cancelling it?

As per our policy, we don’t accept exchanges, however we do take returns on our outerwear products. Please go through our return policy to know more.

I’ve paid for my order. If I cancel it now how soon will I get the money back?

Here is a list of things that happen once you raise a request for cancellation at our call centre.

  • Our assigned courier partner will pick the package from your shipping address in 3-4 business days.
  • Once the package reaches the warehouse, our Quality Check team will inspect it to see if your items are returnable and thereby, eligible for a refund.
  • It will take approximately 3-4 business days for our Quality Check Team to check your package and initiate a refund request. We’ll send an email to your Jockey.in registered email ID to inform you.
  • We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. The refund to your bank or credit card account depends on your Mode of Payment.

Can I partially cancel my order?

Yes, you can return a part of your order. However, we would like you to know that to maintain hygiene we don’t accept returns/cancellations of Innerwear.

What are the places you ship to?

We ship to over 26000+ PIN codes across India.

How can I check if you ship to my place?

Select the “Check Availability” section in each product page and put in your PIN code to see if we deliver to your area. We constantly add new PIN codes to our services, so if we do not deliver to your zone today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

Do you ship outside India?

No, we don’t ship outside India. However, you can check International Jockey websites for your respective country.

What are your shipping charges?

Free Shipping on all orders. A convenience fee of Rs. 69 is charged on Cash on Delivery orders.

Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?

You must place different orders for different addresses.

I’ve placed my order, but I want to change the shipping address. Can I do it?

No, you cannot change the shipping address once you’ve placed your order.

How long will it take for my product to get delivered?

The delivery date for your package depends on the PIN code of your destination. We will notify you on the Thank You page and your order related email and SMS, after you make your purchase.

How can I track my delivery?

You can track your order from here. You need to login to your Jockey account to be able to see all your account related information, which includes tracking your delivery.

I got a damaged packet! What do I do?

If the external packing of your consignment is damaged or tampered with, please don’t accept the package. Enter your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately. We will handle your issues strictly and directly with the respective courier company.

We will cancel your order once the package is received back at our warehouse.

In the case of pre-paid orders, paid using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, Gift Cards/ Vouchers, we will refund the money to your method of payment.

In case you’ve opted for Cash-on-Delivery (COD), we will cancel your order.

What are my payment options?

Cards - You can pay using your Debit, Credit Cards and Net Banking.

Wallets - You can also use your digital wallets to make the payment.

COD - You can also pay cash on delivery. However, you will be charged a convenience fee for this option. You can see the added fees on the payment information section of the cart page.

Gift Card and Gift Voucher - You can also pay using Jockey Gift Cards or Vouchers. Simply select this option on the payment page. If your bill amount exceeds the value of your gift voucher, you can select an additional payment option (cards or wallets) to pay the remaining amount.

What is the process for making a Cash on Delivery purchase?

You have to choose the Cash on Delivery option on the Payment page. Once you have placed your order we will call, email or send an SMS to confirm your order. You can pay by cash to the delivery agent.

Are the payment modes specific to PIN codes?

For certain PIN codes, Cash on Delivery will not be available. Only Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking payment options can be used for these locations. Please view the list of PIN codes before choosing a payment mode.

My payment didn’t go through. What to do?

We use the best payment methods for a joyful shopping experience. However, due to some unforeseen issue if your payment didn’t go through, we request you to wait for a few minutes and try again.

My money got deducted from the bank, but my order isn’t placed. What to do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Any money deducted will be refunded to your payment method within 7-10 working days. We deploy extremely secure modes of payment so that you never lose your money.

I’m not comfortable using my card online. How safe is it?

I forgot my password. What to do?

Don’t worry. We all forget at times. On your Login page click on Forgot Password. You’ll be led to a page where you can type in your email address registered with Jockey. We’ll send you a link to reset your password.
