Jockey Credit Policy

Jockey Gift Card / Voucher and Jockey Credit Terms and Conditions:


These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Jockey Gift Cards / Vouchers (“Gift Card”) issued under the name "Jockey Gift Card" on behalf of Page Industries Limited ("PAGE") and issued by Pine Labs Limited ("Pine Labs"), Vouchagram India Private Limited ("Vouchagram"), or Razorpay Technologies Private Limited ("Razorpay") (hereinafter Pine Labs, Vouchagram and Razorpay may individually be referred as "Issuer"). The Gift Card is redeemable at Jockey Exclusive Brand Stores (EBS’) and website www.Jockey.in and/or Jockey India Application (collectively “Platform”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, User agrees to and accept these Terms and Conditions. The agreement governing the Gift Card is between the purchaser and/or redeemer ("User") and the applicable Issuer.


Registration, Redemption and Use:

  1. The loading of the Gift Card into the User’s Account is a pre-requisite for redemption of the balance and shall be deemed to constitute the User’s registration on our Platform.
  2. This registration is completed through OTP authentication generated via valid mobile number login, which is a mandatory requirement.
  3. The Gift Card balance shall be credited to the Jockey Credit, which may be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the validity period expires.
  4. In the event a product purchased wholly or partly using Jockey Credit is returned / cancelled, any refund shall be processed in accordance with PAGE's Return and Refund Policy and may be credited back to the User's Jockey Credit account or such other mode as determined by PAGE.

Redemption Process:

Jockey.in and Jockey India App

  1. Sign in using OTP authentication at Platform.
  2. Add your preferred products to the shopping cart.
  3. Open the cart and click on Add within the “Gift Card / Gift Voucher” section if the balance has not already been added to your Jockey Credit account.
  4. Enter the Gift Card number and PIN as applicable.
  5. Complete the Captcha verification and accept the Jockey Credit Terms and Conditions. to add the balance to your Jockey Credit account.

Alternative Method: Customers may also add the Gift Card balance directly to their Jockey Credit account by navigating to My Account > Your Jockey Credit > Add Gift Card, entering the Gift Card details, and following the on-screen instructions.

  1. Once added, the available Jockey Credit balance can be viewed in the cart drawer under Available Credits. Customers may also view their available Jockey Credit balance by navigating to My Account > Your Jockey Credit.
  2. The User may select the amount to be redeemed from the User’s Jockey Credit balance, provided that the redemption amount shall not exceed the cart value. Click “Redeem & Confirm” to apply the Jockey credits balance to your cart.
  3. Click Place Order and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method.
  5. If the purchase value exceeds the available Jockey Credits balance, the remaining amount must be paid using any payment methods available on the Platform.
  6. Complete the payment to successfully place the order.

Exclusive Brand Stores:

  1. Visit EBS and Scan the QR Code.
  2. Sign-in or Sign-up to begin the authenticated Jockey Credit journey through OTP verification.
  3. Upon successful OTP authentication, Jockey Credit summary screen will be displayed.
  4. Click on “Add Gift Card” to add the Gift Card details and on successful validation of the Gift Card, the balance will be credited to the Jockey Credit.
  5. After the Gift Card is successfully added, User can view Jockey Credit summary, including balance and breakup.
  6. To redeem Jockey Credit at EBS, contact the respective store staff/manager.

Regulatory Limits:

  1. Users agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subject to RBI regulations and guidelines.
  2. The value of each Gift Card shall not exceed INR 50,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
  3. The aggregated value of all such Gift Cards per User per month shall not exceed INR 5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakh only).
  4. Purchases exceeding these limits will not be allowed and shall be automatically cancelled.

Customer Information and KYC:

  1. PAGE / Issuer may be required to share KYC details of the User of the Gift Card and/or any other information in relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transactions undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities.
  2. There is no additional fee for purchase of these Gift Cards.
  3. PAGE/Issuer may contact the User of the Gift Card for any such information.
  4. If the User’s Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details, as required under RBI guidelines, are found to be incorrect or insufficient, the Issuer retains the right to block or cancel the issued Gift Card.
  5. Personal information collected in connection with the Gift Card and Jockey Credit program shall be processed in accordance with PAGE's Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including applicable data protection laws.

Restrictions, Expiry and Refunds:

  1. The Gift Card is not reloadable.
  2. The Gift Card is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
  3. The Gift Card shall have a minimum validity of 12 months from the date of issuance.
  4. Expired Gift Card or Jockey Credit cannot be revalidated.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Responsibility:

  1. The Issuer assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Cards and any liability in relation thereto is expressly disclaimed.
  2. PAGE and/or the Issuer shall not be liable for any Gift Cards / Jockey Credits that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used in an unauthorized manner.
  3. The Jockey Credit is subject to the terms and conditions of PAGE, which may be amended from time to time in its sole discretion.
  4. PAGE and/or the Issuer reserve the right to suspend, block, reverse, cancel or investigate any Gift Card or Jockey Credit transaction where fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, suspicious activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
  5. PAGE does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Jockey Credit platform and shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, unavailability or failure arising from maintenance activities, technical issues, network failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  6. PAGE reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or discontinue the Jockey Credit program at any time without prior notice.
  7. PAGE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Gift Card or Jockey Credit program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
  2. PAGE shall have the final authority in interpreting these Terms and Conditions.
