Gift Card Policy

Jockey Credit Terms and conditions: 

 

These terms and conditions apply to Jockey gift cards or vouchers issued by Pine labs/Gyftr/ Razorpay. By purchasing or using this gift card or voucher, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions. 

 

 

Gift Card/Voucher - Jockey credit process: 

  1. The gift card/voucher can be redeemed for the products available on www.jockey.in or Jockey India App. 
  2. Every holder of gift cards/vouchers shall be required to add the value stored on such gift cards/vouchers into the www.jockey.in or Jockey India’s App User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the balance. The loading of the Gift Card into the User’s Account shall be deemed to constitute the User’s registration on our platform. This registration is completed through OTP authentication generated via a valid mobile number login, which is a mandatory requirement. 
  3. Once you redeem your gift card, the gift card balance will be credited to the Jockey credit provided by www.jockey.in or Jockey India App which can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card/voucher credit has expired. 
  4. The gift cards/vouchers balance can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products only on the Jockey India website and Jockey India App.  

 

 

Redemption process: 


Steps to redeem as below: 

A. Sign in with OTP at www.jockey.in or the Jockey India App. 

B. Add your preferred items to the shopping cart. 

C. Open the cart drawer and click on “Add Gift Card / Voucher” (if not already added to Jockey credit). 

D. Enter your Gift Card or Voucher number. 

E. Complete the Captcha verification and accept “Terms and conditions of Jockey Credit”. Click “Apply” to add the balance to your Jockey credit 

F. Once added, view your available Jockey credit balance in the cart drawer under Available Credits. 

G. Select the amount you wish to redeem from your Jockey credit balance. 
    The redemption amount cannot exceed the cart value. 

H. Click Redeem & Confirm to apply the Jockey credits balance to your cart. 

I. Click Place Order and proceed to checkout. 

J. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method. 

K. If the purchase value exceeds the available Jockey credits balance, the remaining amount must be paid using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or any other digital payment methods available on the platform. 

L. Complete the payment to successfully place the order. 

 

 

Gift Card/Voucher/Jockey credit Expiry and Refund: 

  1. The gift card/voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of its purchase or as mentioned while issuance. 
  2. This gift card/voucher is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit. 
  3. No refunds will be provided for any unused balance on the Gift card/voucher/Jockey credit. 
  4. Expired Gift card/voucher or Jockey credit cannot be revalidated. 

 

 

Gift Card Lost or Stolen: 

  1. Jockey/Page is not liable for any gift cards/vouchers/credits that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. 
  2. Terms and conditions may be changed by Page Industries Limited ("PAGE”) without prior notice. 

 

 

Jockey credit Terms and Conditions: 

  1. The Jockey credit is subject to the terms and conditions of PAGE, which may be amended from time to time at their sole discretion. 
  2. Terms and conditions may be changed by Page Industries Limited ("PAGE”) without prior notice. 
  3. PAGE reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Jockey credit program at any time without prior notice. 
  4. All disputes whatsoever regarding any aspect of this E-Gift card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. PAGE holds the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
